TMD App ("we", "our", or "us") is an internal-use-only application designed for employees of TMD Building Consultancy. We respect the privacy of all users and are committed to keeping all information secure and local to the user’s device.
The TMD App does not collect or store any personal information. All speech-to-text conversions are processed within the app, and the resulting text is stored only on the user's mobile device in a local database.
No data is stored in the cloud or transmitted to external servers. All data remains on the employee’s mobile device and is not shared with third parties.
The app’s sole purpose is to convert speech to text and store that data locally for internal company use.
We take reasonable measures to ensure the security of the app and the data stored on the device. Users are responsible for maintaining device-level security.
The TMD App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to employees internally and reflected on this page.
